Deleting collection (custom dimensions) is not possible

Dear experts,

whenever I want to delete a collection for the relations of custom dimensions, the following error message is shown:

"You are not able to delete the collection, because it is used in a budget plan."

My problem is: I'm not seeing any budget plans:

Though, if you look into the respective report, there is a dedicated budget shown:

From this I'd reckon that there has to be a "hidden" budget plan somewhere in the system.

Has anyone had any experience with the problem and is able to help me out?

Hi,

Without having access to the system, it is very difficult to analyze. Are you in an on-premise or Cloud instance? Are you sure that you have the authorization to see all budget plans?

Probably the best is to create an incident on CEC-MKT-PLN.

I'm sure that I have the respective rights to see all budget plans. We are on Cloud.

Creating an incident is almost certainly the way to go, you are right.
