Is there a way to delete C4C Opportunities and Quotations that have follow up documents created e.g. deleting an opportunity that has a follow up quotation / deleting a quotation having a follow up sales order.
As Prasanth mentioned, indeed, SAP does not recommend this course of action. Please see this KBA (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2048833) further information. If you can delete the follow-up details present, you might be able to proceed with the deletion.
