Yes, you can delete Opportunities from SAP Sales Cloud, provided no follow-up documents are created for that Opportunity yet. In case follow up documents exist for the Opportunity already, you need to delete the the follow-up document first, and then attempt to delete the Opportunity.
To delete an Opportunity, you need to follow the below steps:
- Go to Sales work center -> Opportunities view
- Select the Opportunity you want to delete
- Click on the More button to bring up the Actions menu
- Select the action 'Delete'
In case you want to delete a huge number of Opportunities, you can use the Data Workbench function.

The steps to delete an Opportunity are identical - instead of selecting the Account object in steps 3 and 7, you would need to select the Opportunity object instead.
