Delete Queues SMQ2 from other client

I have queues in SMQ2 with the status STOP and want to delete them. However, the queues are from another client and if I want to delete them, I get the message that this is only allowed in the respective clients.
I don't have access to other clients. Is there a possibility to delete the queues using Report, Job etc. ?

I had already found and tried the report, but i can only delete the queues from the registered client. I have to delete queues from another client.
