Delete fonctional user, employee & service agent from sap sales cloud?

Hi experts,

We want to delete some employees, service agents and fonctional users from system, and we don't know how to do it.

We already try to add a column to exported file "Tobedeleted" and grab True to employee who we want to delete. it doesn't work for us.

If you have some solutions, please let me know.

Hi Anwar,

I never delete the employees and or users.

In the organizational model I enter an end date to the relationship between user and employee. In the Employee record I add an valid to date and I deactivate the user, to prevent people who have left the organization are still able to log on. If there are territories assigned i add an end date. If there are a lot a use the data workbench to do it.
