Delete contact from SAP Marketing Cloud

Hello Experts,

I have an issue with a deleting of contacts in an SAP Marketing Cloud.

I had run an application job "Contacts: Flag Contacts for Deletion" and everything goes ok.

On the next step, I had run application job "Contacts: Delete Flagged Contacts" and when I do this I get an error

"You have no authorization to delete flagged contacts and IDs".

What could be a reasone ?

Hi,

You might need to have access to SAP_BR_ADMINISTRATOR business role or at least access to 'application jobs' business catalog. That's my guess.

I already have this access as described above 🙂

The issue is resolved. The reason was that a more specific business role which is responsible for Contacts had only Read Access. Once I had changed it the job runs successfully.
