Delete contact from SAP Marketing Cloud

Hello Experts,

I have an issue with a deleting of contacts in an SAP Marketing Cloud.

I had run an application job "Contacts: Flag Contacts for Deletion" and everything goes ok.

On the next step, I had run application job "Contacts: Delete Flagged Contacts" and when I do this I get an error

"You have no authorization to delete flagged contacts and IDs".

What could be a reasone ?

Hello Marian,

Marketing Job execution requires special authorization.

Follow as below:

1. Search app in Access SAP Fiori App Reference Library
2. Go to Tab Implementation Information
3. Expand Configuration
4. Check for Business Catalog, Business Group, Business Role

Hello Kunal,

in a Configuration tab, there is information about activating app "Application Jobs". "Application Jobs" is already activated in my Fiory Launchpad.

The question is about a concrete job "Contacts: Delete Flagged Contacts" what additional authorization does it need?

Where I can provide that additional authorization for my user?
