Dear Experts,
if a Communication Medium has been maintained by mistake in SAP Marketing Cloud (so for example there's a duplicate entry now), is it possible to delete that one by SAP if I open an incident? kunalkumar.bansal do you maybe know this?
For me it is not possible to deactivate a Communication Medium in Customizing.
So while creating a Form, we can always choose from all of the Communication Media that are maintained in the system (so of course also the wrongly maintained one).

Or is there at least any option to hide the Communication Media that I don't want to have in that list?

Dear Tobias,
I think you have to remove the assignment of Communication Medium from Interaction Channel and Interaction Type, then you should be able to remove it, give it a try!

Hi kunalkumar.bansal,
that's what I thought, too.
But as you can see, for example for the Communication Medium BAIDU_ADS there are no assignments. But there's no "deactivate" option or something like that.
I addition, for other Communication Mediums, the assignments can only be deactivated but not be removed.
Does it look different in your system?
Dear Tobias,
I understand your concern, you can deactivate/disable them!
Note: The functionality to delete configuration entries is not supported in Standard Design!
best regards,
Kunal
