Define Google Ads Account at Google Ads Campaign

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to activate the GoogleAds Campaign in SAP Marketing 1909 On-premise, I did all the steps that mentioned in Help-Portal, but I am not able to select my google ads account in SAP Marketing as shown below,

Therefore, how can I assign the google account to display on this selection screen?

Hi,

From the snapshot its very difficult to identify the root cause about why it is not pulling the Google Ads Account. May be you can explore following options:

1. Open the developer console of browser and check if network calls is returing HTTP 200 code or is it returning something like 4XX. Then it could be a authorisation issue.

2. Another checkpoint would be to check CPI logs to see what is being returned from google service call. You can actiavte Debug trace to see the payload being sent and response recivved.

3. Did you also create a ticket to SAP for granting access for CPI to google ads as mentioned here: https://help.sap.com/viewer/f389f8bed6cf4918a77500df7ea89f5b/1809.YMKT/en-US/332f017cdcb340e0be50cc8...?
