Define Checklist step status

Hi Experts,

I would like to add the new step status to the checklist, however, after config the status profile, the step status not show it,

Not show status on step status.

Here can show.

I created the new status profile.

Is there any step I have mistake or another way to add the new step to checklist?

Hi

you can try to Change Authorization Data for PFCG role, and add Authorization Object: B_USERSTAT to the role.

Hi Lee,

In both the components, the same status profile used ? In the screen shot, no status is being displayed. Can you check why there are no status ?

Also, let me know if the component is Standard or a custom development. You can get the information easily by pressing F2 Button by keeping the cursor any field.

It is only SMCL used ZMSRCHKL status profile. I don't know why the step status not show any field on that.

As you know, is that a correct method to add/define a step status on the checklist in the service request? for example, the default checklist step status only have open, in process and completed, I want to add one more choice "cancelled".

Unfortunately I didn't find any Item Category with SMCL in my system. Can you let me know the transaction type where this is related ?

From the transaction type I can try to get the UI Component to check the backend coding to figure out how the values are getting populated.

Regarding the process of maintaining the Status, the process looks good. But we need to find the way the data is getting populated in the UI Layer.

SMCL is the checklist item category for service request, transaction type is related to SMRQ (service request).
