Hi,

Is it possible to default the Due By date during Service Request creation so that the date is + 5 days from the current? If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Dustin

Hello, Yes, it's possible to default the Due By date during Service Request creation to +5 days from the current date. You would need to modify the form or script used for Service Request creation to automatically calculate the Due By date based on the current date plus 5 days.   laparoscopic surgery

Could you let me know where I could read more about this? Or point me in the right direction under SPRO?

To set a default "Due By" date as +5 days from the current date during Service Request creation in an SAP environment, you would typically use the SAP Project Reference Object (SPRO) to configure this. In SPRO, navigate through the Implementation Guide (IMG) to find the module relevant to Service Requests (likely under Customer Service, Plant Maintenance, or CRM). You might need to adjust date calculation settings or implement a custom solution using user exits or BAdIs with ABAP coding. There's no direct path in SPRO as it varies by the specific SAP module and version, so you'll need to explore the relevant module configurations or consult with an ABAP developer for a custom-coded solution. Always test changes in a non-production environment first.
