Hello,
The requirement is to default Marketing Permissions on Contact Creation.
Currently when a new Contact is created in C4C, business users need to navigate to Marketing Permissions Tab of Contact Screen and click to add the communication channel and consent status.
Does anybody achieved to default Marketing Permissions, Consent Status to 'Undefined' for any channel during Contact Creation?
