Decrease on PageSpeed Score

Hi All,

we have a site in customer data cloud(gigya) and we have seen a decrease in speed From 93% to 70% on Page Speed Score After investigation we have seen that all the calls are from GIGYA . Is it possible to compress the files from GIGYA .

On June the speed was 93% .

My question is what changed in GIGAY side from June?.

Kindly help me resolve this issue.

Hi Shankar,

Are you able to share additional details in regards to the specific requests that are causing the score to be so low? It would be also good to know if this was a one off test where you've seen it drop or if it is something that you've seen over repeated tests.
