Deactivate the pop up "Update the App from the App Store"

Hello experts,

it is possible to deactivate the pop up "Update the App from the App Store" in the C4C Extended App?
I have already disabled the Administrator>Mobile Settings>App Version Check. The message comes still.

Hi Grayson,

thanks for the prompt answer,
the Option "App Version Check" is deactivated, even so the message comes up in the app.

Any other ideas?

Hi Natalia,

Please go to the Workcenter Administrator->General Settings->Mobile Settings.

Under the General Data, deselect the option "App Version Check" and retest.

Please consider your customer's or companies impact with App Versions after upgrades (1811, 1902 etc.) if this option enables the end sate you desire and how the app updates are deployed. Some release enhancements could be dependent upon app version.
