Datahub stop responding after few days.

Data hub version 6.5. Data hub stop responding after few days. Please find the below thread dumps analysis .

There are many publications locked in many pools , IN STATE pending in pools: 'CUSTOM_POOL', they may be waiting for the next batch of publications, moreover they are waiting for publications to finish, those which are in IN_PROCESS state.

Thread obtained com.hybris.datahub.core.adapter.facade.DefaultCoreAdapterFacade's lock & did not release it. Due to that 49 threads are BLOCKED.

Hi Ankit,

What do you see in the logs? can you check the logs from the beginging when it stopped working. Few points.

1. I hope you are running cleanup job.

2. No special characters in the feed.

3. Check the database size.

May be restart the datahub and check. See if the problem solved or not.
