Datahub publication behaviour?

Hi,

We are having an issue with datahub publication so trying to understand its behaviour. we are using datahub 5.7. Also please note that datahub cleanup is not enabled.

Lets take an example, we triggered customer idocs and they have been published to hybris successfully. After some time we triggered another customer idocs, this one is also published successfully. My question is, will datahub trigger first published items again as part of second publication (cleanup job is not enabled)?

Bhargav,

once items are published they won't be published again in the subsequent publications. However, there is a Publication Retry feature, which republished only items, which failed to publish in previous publications. But generally speaking, if a canonical item is published to a given target system with status SUCCESS, then it won't be published again until next change of the item.
