Datahub future and its alternate

Hi all,

i have few doubts regarding the future of datahub and not able to find the all the facts in 1 place. Can i get some help on below queries..

1. Is Datahub getting depreciated?

2. If Datahub getting depreciated, till when SAP will be giving support for this? What will be its alternate and is it production ready?

3. If the alternate (CPI as per my knowledge) is not proven and production ready, Is it safe to still use datahub for any new SAP commerce implementation (v1811)?

any supporting documentation links will be very helpful.

Please find below the answers from the best of my knowledge:

1. There is no such announcement yet.

2. N/A (Not Applicable) as SAP has not announced any plan to deprecate Hybris DataHub as of now.

3. SCPI is production ready. Hopefully, SAP will introduce some tool/migration-guide to help migrate from Hybris DataHub to SCPI in case the former is deprecated/dereleased. Therefore, it is 100% safe to use Hybris DataHub with the currently supported versions of Hybris.
