DataFlow - SAP Marketing onPrem - Failed to fetch access token

Hi all,

i tried to export the CDC contacts to our Marketing onPrem System. However i always got the error "Failed to fetch access token: Unable to access the endpoint. message = java.net.ConnectException: connection timed out"

I´m not quite sure if the endpoint is right: https://host:port/sap/opu/odata/sap/CUAN_IMPORT_SRV/

Hope, someone can help me.

Tim Baumgart- You need whitelisting to be done at CDC end as well for it to call your hybris endpoint. Raise a support ticket and they will do the whitelisting. The same is applicable at your hybris end as well to allow the Gigya IP's to be whitelisted.
