Hello,
I would like to export data from the Sales Cloud. However, there are only 50k lines exported in one file. If I want export 1.000.000 I get 20 files. Is it possible to get it all in one file? Or is there an easy way to combine all 20 files?
Is this issue maybe already addressed in the influencer portal (I couldn't find anything)
Thanks for your help!

Request clarification before answering.
What you're trying to do, it can't be done in a single file.
In SAP Help, within the Data Workbench, it explains the limits of Data Migration. (100Mb archive file and 50K attachments), but in the May-2021 Manual of SAP C4C Administration explains that there is a new limit of 100K and that it was previously 50K. ¿?¿?¿?¿?
I have no further information about this.
However, it wouldn't be a great solution for you because, in case you had everything upgrade, instead 20 files, you'd need 10, is not a great deal).
On the other hand, if you have integrated SAP Sales Cloud with SAP ERP, you could export it from there.

Hi Valeska
I,m thinking about 2 questions:
- What object are you going to import?
- Do you know the .csv files?
I mean, since August 2021, SAP SALES CLOUD and SERVICE CLOUD, accepts .xlsx files in Data Workbench.
An Excel file has up to 1,048,576 rows.
Are there enough rows to put all your data you want?If it is not enough, the .csv file allows you to put, separated by commas, all the information.
If you create several .xlsx files and convert them into comma separated data (.csv) you can paste that data into a Notepad.
May be, this answer can help you. Let me know if you need anything else, I can check it with my mates of Sothis Enterprise.
Note: the weight limit if you do it with .ZIP or .RAR is 100MB
