Data Workbench Error - "Failed to fetch the Business System ID. Create an SAP incident."

Hi Experts,

when entering the Data Workbench in our Demo System in the Import Section we are not able to see any Object (like Opportunities, Accounts, etc.

When going to the Section Migration Tempates we got an Error Message

We have opened an Incident for SAP and SAP said they have problems to help us as they could not reproduce the error.

Does anybody had the same problem?

Hello together, I am closing this incident. As we could found out workcenter have been added to the user manually which has created some kind of a conflict. Anyway after creating a Busines Role and assigning it to the user suddenly we could use the data workbench. We could not identify the real root cause of the issue.
