Hi All,
In Marketing cloud, during delta load few records ended in error due to duplicate interactions. When i tried to see the data, it is not available in the data load monitor and the import monitor. for the same error message, i am able to see the error records before last week. do i need to do any changes or raise an incident with SAP.
Help others by sharing your knowledge.

Are you sure that you package was not processed successfully.
If it's in status "Error", please raise an incident.
