data model of lead nurture stream in SAP Marketing Cloud

Hi,

I want to create reports on lead nurture streams (and the interactons created during their execution). To be abe to do this, I need a better understanding of the data model in SAP Marketing Cloud. So what views are there I can consume, and how are they referenced?

Hello chholzer_msg,

Great Question, check out this blog on Data Model of SAP Marketing Cloud.

In SAP Marketing Cloud, you can use the app "View Browser" and make use of views such as

  • I_MKT_ContactLeadStages
  • I_MKT_LeadStages
  • I_MKT_LeadStagesText
  • C_MKT_LeadByDateQ
  • C_Mkt_LeadInterestsQ
  • and so on

What I have found out until now:

  • in regards to Lead Nurture there is only one Data Source available: I_MKT_LeadNurtureScoreCube
  • all other views are "Not Released"
  • I_MKT_LeadNurtureScoreCube has not asscoiation with campaign or customer journey (the other way around is true, too)
  • So I cannot extend it
  • I cannot have a look at the data, because CUAN_LEADNURTURE_SRV is not available for users
  • I cannot build a custom view for Lead Nurture, because no relevant table seems to be on the white list -> I cannot find a relevant table for export
  • so I do not see a way, how to do reasonable analysis on Lead Nurture

Could you please share some more detail on the type of reporting you are looking to run on Lead Nurture Steams?

There is a rather detailed SAC story made available for Lead Nurture Stream Performance. You can find more information on it here:

It could be a good starting point for your analysis.

Hi biamat ,

thank you for your comment. I am not allowed to access the link, but I think you refer to "Analytics Story: LeadNurture Performance". I am well aware of this story. But my customer wants to implement a real multi channel Stream/Story.

So imagine: There should be a mail (letter) to a list of people with a special offer and a request to call (the callcenter) to make an appoint ment with an agent. If they do not respond there should be an email with a link to a special webpage where they can register for an agent visit. If the agent makes the visit, he tries to get an application from the customer ... and so on.

So you see this is a story, which includes a lot of interaction types not covered by the provided SAC Story. It also includes custom interaction types. The customer now wants to analyze the success of each step and also analyze whether there is a correlation between customer behavior and customer group.

As Lead Nurture Streams are based on campaigns, you can also explore using campaign success data for your use case.

In case you would require further functionality to be available in standard (such as releasing additional views pertaining to LNS), you can always open an influence request using: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaigns-open/.
