data element conversion routine not working COMT_CREATED_AT_USR

Hi,

In my custom table I have create a column with the reference of this data element COMT_CREATED_AT_USR

the conversion routine is not working to show the correct format.

with my credentials

please check the above screenshot, it is happening for me only but the same table with other user id it is showing the proper output.

please help. Thanks in advance.
