Is there any way to add dashboards into the customer checkout manager so users can have a quick view at the reports instead of having to download these reports?
Currently, the CCO manager does not have this functionality to add dashboards. You can try to connect your SAP Customer Checkout manager with another software like SAP Analytics Cloud ot any other software to generate the dashboards.
