CUT REPORT SALES ORDERS

Hi,

Does anyone know what TCode or how to do a cut line item report in sales? For example, if an item is OOS and I keep cutting it from multiple sales orders. Is there a way, I can run a quick report to get a total of LINE CUTS for a particular item?
