Customizing interaction UI on contact profile

Dear SAP Community,

in the Contact Profile we can see all of the interactions with some standard fields.

Is it possible to add fields to this interface? For example, some custom fields or other standard fields?

Hi jose_rangel ,

you can do this using the BAdI CUAN_IA_REVISE_FOR_DISPLAY.

In addition, since 2005 release you can click on the small arrow in the interaction to show the Interaction Details. There you can then use the Adapt UI functionality.
