Customize Interaction Data displayed on Contacts APP

Hi All,

I am using Hybris Marketing Cloud. In the Contacts APP I can see sales orders related with a Customer. The problem is that the information displayed is very limited and I would like to display the Order amount from the Contact fact sheet.

If I click on the blue link, I navigate to commerce and I see the cart details. But If I want to see what it's exactly loaded on Marketing I have to search this interaction in "Browse Interaction Data". Is there a more direct way to display amounts for sales orders from the contact fact sheet?

Hi Ana,

There is BADI in On-Premise where you can manipulate the data before display, but I am not sure of Cloud.

Can you check if the BADI- CUAN_CE_IA_SHOW(Revision of Interaction data before display) part of CUAN_INTERACTIONS enhancement Spot exists in cloud for modification.

Sorry, I could not find this structure in my system. We are still on 1709 so probably it will be in new release.

Hello Ana,

You can try the BADI "Revise Interaction Data Before Import", there is a field under interaction data with name as "Amount".
