Customize CCOM PDF Export / digital receipt

Hi all,

do you know a way to customize the generated file when a QR code of the digital receipt is scanned? It seems to be a 80mm/JPOS Template, but my custom SalesReceiptPrintTemplateJPOS was not considered for this print.

Similarly, I would also like to customize the PDF export per receipt from the CCOM.

It seems that both of the templates should be customized in the CCOM configuration C:/SAP/CCOM/print_templates, but there I can only find a ArticleForPrintingTemplateA4.xsl, which does not contain the normal sales receipt.

Putting my own print template in this folder also has no effect.

Any other ideas/suggestions?

Thanks

Kai

Hi Kai,

Is the folder structure of your CCOm different from the default (C:\SAP\CustomerCheckout Central Server\print_templates) one? I suppose yes, because this is the part that you blackened in your screenshot. If this is the case then (currently) you'll need a workaround: Create the default folder C:\SAP\CustomerCheckout Central Server\print_templates and put the print templates in it.

From FP12 onwards you won't need this workaround and you can use any CCOm folder names for this purpose.

Best regards,

Gunther

Hi Gunther,

that did it! My custom A4 print template is now effective. I guess the digital receipt points to the SalesReceiptPrintTemplate80mm then?

Thanks for the help, and good to know that this function will be improved in the future.

Best Regards

Kai

Hello Kai,

Customizations should work for both the A4 as well as the 80mm.xsl under two conditions:

  1. You keep the original template names for the modified SalesReceiptPrintTemplateA4.xsl / SalesReceiptPrintTemplate80mm.xsl
  2. You copy over the Header, Footer and PrintAttributes80mm templates from CCO to CCOm

Best regards,

Gunther

Hi Gunther,

thanks for the tip, but that does not seem to have an effect:

I only copied the relevant ones for A4 printing and generated a PDF export from the CCOM, but my custom template did not have an effect, even after a restart of the CCOM.

Expected behaviour would be that the SalesReceiptPrintTemplateA4.xsl is used for the A4 PDF Export, the SalesReceiptPrintTemplate80mm is used for the digital receipt, if they are configured in this folder.

Maybe this topic would be applicable for customer influence, if it is currently not supported?
