When we upgraded from Hybris 6.4 to 6.6, the customization of backoffice not applied until we select 'backoffice' extension in 'update system', should I need any configuration for my custom backoffice extension? coz in the version 6.4 the modification applied without selecting anything in the 'update system', Any help is highly appreciated.
Request clarification before answering.

Don't really know what customizations you are referring, but definitively from the very beginning of Backoffice Reset everything option was required to actually see how changes in configuration/mesh-up are reflected in reality. This could have always been made easier, if you follow this document and all referenced (i.e. automatic reset).
