Customers Numeration

Hello,

Why the numeration in C4C is not sequencial? For example, I create 2 customers, and the numeration it is "1001993" and "1001996".

Is it possible to be sequencial?

Hello Andre,

This is due to the main memory buffer of ten numbers set up in C4C application servers. Each application server gets a set of numbers and depending on the server which is responsible for the creation request, the number gets assigned.

This is the default for document numbers in C4C/ByD. Based on how such buffering works, this might create gaps when multiple application servers are used. Even to the fact that a lower number is used after a higher number.
This is the case for every BO in C4C.
