Customer Synchronization Issue with CCO Manager and S4 HANA

Dear All,

We are using SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 FP12 PL04 and trying to synchronize the customer master from SAP Customer Checkout Manager to S4 HANA.
We have established successful HTTP connection between Customer Checkout Manager and S4 HANA system. Also We have configured and activated the Inbound and Outbound services in the communication arrangements.

We have created customer from CCO POS system which has been synchronized with CCO Manager but not synchronized to the S4 HANA system from the Customer checkout manager.
Kindly let us know if the replication of master data back to S4 HANA is available with the standard services or if we have missed anything here or Is there any point to trigger the sync or check the logs of the outbound records.

Hi Nithin,

Syncing of customers from CCO/CCOm to S/4 is currently not supported.

Consider to use our Influence Channel to post a Feature Request, if approved, it might be released in future releases.
