Customer saving issue after editing in Sap CCO

Dear Experts ,

Greetings for the day ....!

Can any one advice how to resolve the below mater is much appreciated (Sap Business one version 10 2102 and the CCO version 2.0 FP12 PL12),

The customer showing in the below editing page i am trying to save without amend anything but giving an error as in the second screen shot without saving the same (Both CCO and SAP has setup the country as Sri Lanka) .

Dear Anderson,

Regarding the above matter to check with the latest scenario version I was trying to installed the 4.0.44 version to this environment but it will pop up me the a screen as below and could not import successfully .

Normally it should pop up the screen like this as usually

But the new scenario version not uploading successfully . Is it gonna be the scenario version may be the reason for the captioned matter . Kindly Advice .

Here we have used the B1if Scenario version 4.0.43 and kindly find attached error log as well for your reference .

In this log file, there isn't any information about this error.

Consider, to create an incident with the SAP Support for a deeper analyze.

The issue was not reproducible in my test system.
What is the version of the B1iF CCO scenarios?

Also attach the CCO log files, please.
