Customer Replication from ECC to CRM - Same number ranges

Dear CRM members,

We need to replicated our ECC customers on CRM. One of the requirements is to have the same numbers created in CRM, is this possible?

Any pointers? Objects, config settings?

Any help in this regard?

Hello Annelize,

There is actually an instruction for this in the best practise guide. Search for the C03 CRM Master and Transaction Data Replication document.

I essence you need to setup the same number range, one as internal and one as external numbering. In this case CMR external. Then make sure that the correct range is used in customizing for the account group.
