Customer Next Best Action

Dear all,

One of my customers is looking for a solution (customer engagement engine) that would help them understand where the customer is at during their customer journey and based on this interaction provide a next best action. More precisely looking to understand what is driving the customer to buy or churn and based on the interaction decide what is the appropriate action to take (automated digital contact or creation of lead / ticket for an agent to handle). How do SAP customers manage Customer Next Best Actions? Are there any existing SAP solutions we can leverage? Recommended third parties that integrate with C4C?
