Customer Name replicated from CRM to DBM is changed to blank by RFCUSER in DBM

Dear All,

We have Business Partners created from CRM replicated to DBM via BDocs. When we create a group customer in CRM, the customer is replicated to DBM, but the name is getting blank in DBM. When we checked the change history, it shows that the name is changed from existing value to blank by RFCUSR.

SAP case occurs for Business Partner also in DBM. Name is getting blank by RFCUSR.

Please help.

Does the name contain some special characters?

Hi Julin,

There are no special characters. The name is first replicated to DBM successfully. But immediately it is removed by RFCUSER. Please suggest.
