Hi experts
Customer merging in C4C, should they be merged automatically in MKT?
What should the procedure be? Taking into account that MKT has its own contact merger process.
Also taking into account that any update or modification that a customer has in C4C must travel to MKT.
A test was done, but the customer that was merged in C4C was not modified in MKT.
So in C4C I have two customers merged into one.
And in MKT I have the two separate customers.
I would understand that at least the resulting customer was updated.
Is there any configuration point missing in the MKT, C4C or CPI systems?

You can refer to the Contact Match and Merge on Import pointed out by Saravanakumar Mylsamy.
But as per standard, Contacts from the C4C wont be merged in SMC due to the below marked indicator.

So decide/define your match/merge process according to the business requirement.

Match and Merge in Marketing system depends on how the Origins and Additional id's are are configured and also depends on the One per contact conflict .
Please refer below document for better understanding.
Contact Match and Merge on Import

So comparing those contacts and their id configuration will help us to know why it was not merged in Marketing system.
