Hi All,
Our Customer purchased the Intelligent Sales Add On license and we have enabled the Customer Insight under Scoping (Sales -> Activity Management).
But now we could not able to see any link (Additional Insights) to launch S4 360.
This is a new 2202 release feature. Please let me know how to enable this Additional Insight link in Customer Insights tab under Account TI??
