Hello:

I have a customer who recently placed SAP SQL Anywhere 17.0 and needed assistance making a post here, so I am doing it on his behalf

He has been trouble accessing our SAP SQL Anywhere 17.0 (Support Packages and Patches) and gets the following error when going to the EBF link at me.sap.com:me.sap.com/notes/2381119

"No data. Unable to fetch data at the moment. This might be due to a server error or network issue. Please try again later."

Is there an alternate place he can go to to get this link or are you able to attach the actual EBF download here?

Regards,
Carlos

McMartin,You are signed in with a P-user ID. Visitors with an S-user ID will benefit from more tools and enhanced functionality. If you are an SAP customer, contact a user administrator in your company to request such an ID. Your SAP Local Support Center can help you identify your administrators. If you already own an S-user ID, log out now and log in with your S-user ID.

SAP Statement is “In the past, you would have paid for maintenance support with your SQL Anywhere purchase and you would have received a welcome letter with a unique S-User ID that would allow you to log into support.sap.com to raise incident support requests. This process has changed and maintenance support is no longer included with this product since it is now procured from our third party re-seller Digital River. Therefore, you won't get an S-User ID or support for this solution via support.sap.com anymore.” But not offering any solution to providing access to the EBF's so you are expected to buy an unsupported prroduct in buy SQL Anywhere
