Hello,
I’m setting up setup the Customer factsheet. I have followed the blog to setup the ERP Cockpit as there is almost no information about the Customer Facsheet (http://blog.acorel.nl/2016/04/start-using-erp-cockpit-in-sap-cloud.html)
The ERP cockpit is working fine but for Customer factsheet I’m getting following error:
To inform you Adobe Document Server is installed on ECC system.
Next to this, I also found a small guide to set up the customer factsheet
1. Activate the Communication Arrangement - BusinessPartnerCustomerFactSheetRequestingOut. Done
2. Your resp. ECC system needs to have an active Adobe Document Server, if not request the Basis to activate it Done
3. Activate the Customer Factsheet in ECC from SPRO->Sales & Distribution ->Customer Fact Sheet-> Define Report Views, Define Structure of Report Views You could also refer : http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_06/helpdata/en/46/694d3d36390eede10000000a155369/content.htm
In SPRO I was unable to find this but I don’t think this my message is related to this.
Why is this not availble in SPRO ? What you I activate for this?
4. Lastly, activate the service in SOAMANAGER with the correct end points
How do you need to do this?
Could someone help me to guide me through this steps?

This is an old question but i am still curious how you solved it.
Did you check Administrator > Common tasks > Edit ID Mapping for Integration > Mapping of ERP Sales Organizations
I also have a simular error but on distribution channel, i did the code list mapping in configuration, but unfortunately no luck.
