Customer Data Cloud(Gigya) returns blank API key

When our site(www.awana.org) makes a call to cdns.us1.gigya.com/gs/sso.htm, the API key returned in the response is blank. As a result, no one can log in or sign up on our production sites.

This was working this past Friday(11/15/2019); no changes were made to site or the site configuration since then.

We have eliminated the host provider as the cause by submitting the request through the Postman application on a laptop. We get the same response.

We are able to log into our dev/test sites.
