Hi,
The customer creation screen in the CCO client Address fields would benefit from the following:
- Inclusion of all standard address fields in SAP B1.
- Ordering Address fields in the logical address order, for example having House No. at the bottom makes no sense.
- Control over which fields are visible - similar to the customer search dialog.
I would also advise extending this to other customer fields with regards to controlling whether they are visible or not, along with simple validation of number of characters entered vs the destination ERP system field length.
At the moment each time I demonstrate the system and customer creation to a potential customer they are surprised by how basic and unfriendly this screen is.
