You can try to login with the user RAdmin
The password is the same that you provided to the Admin user.
If you are able to login with this user, then, you may change the Admin password.

Here you need to supply the CCO Admin credentials to log in (which you defined when installing). If you have your CCO users synchronized with a CCO Manager installation, then the Admin credentials will be those.
