In our Organizational structure in Customer Checkout Server (FP08 PL08) we have a POS Group. Within this POS Group all Checkouts are subordinated. Also all Users, Pricelists, etc. are referenced to this POS Group.
Now somebody edited this POS Group and ticked on the Company Field. The result now is, that there are the same Checkout IDs once in Root and once in the POS Group.
I found nothing about the Company Field in any Documentation. Does anyone know something about the "Company" Field in the Organizational structure? And does anyone knows how to solve the doubled IDs?
Request clarification before answering.
Hello kfrick,
This "Company" checkbox was never properly rolled out by us. This is why we never documented it. It has been removed / hidden in newer releases in order to avoid confusion and database inconsistencies.
In cases like this one we are able to provide a tailored database correction. This will solve the issue. Just send us a support ticket.
We might also provide a generic fix as part of an update script in the future, but this is not yet decided.
Best regards,
Gunther
