Customer Checkout Monitor NEW status remaining matter frequently coming

Dear Experts ,

This matter is experiencing one of our customer and the Checkout monitor NEW status remaining and not posting matter happening frequently .

When it happens we follow the below note and then getting the system back to normal .

So our concerns is why this is happening frequently and is there anything we can do the get rid of it permanently .
