Hello,
I configured a loyalty rule: ie If an item having discount, points will not be accumilated.
(rule image attached) It is working fine.
But if the same invoice having another item without discount the loyalty points calculated for both the discounted and the non discounted item. How to resolve this issue? Is there any other rule to create?
Also want to know, how to achive different point calculation for each tier. (If silver: point calculated as 1 to 1.25, if gold: point calculated as 1 to 1.5, for platinum: point calculated as 1 to 2)
Please help me to sort this out.
