Dear Experts ,
Recently we have set up a HANA environment and configured the Customer checkout 2.0 FP12 PL12 in the application server. Scenario latest version been imported . Sap Business One version is 10 . Connections are successfully connecting with each other ( Customers and Articles are synchronizing) But Receipts are not synchronizing and invoices not posting to sap business one .

Even we posted invoice monitor shows nothing .

Really greatful if any one can advice why this issue arises and how to get rid of it . Thanks in advance .

Tharindu.

Hi Tharindu,
The URL of the CustomerCheckoutDb is incorrect, it is missing the schema
Try to enter the URL below:
jdbc:sap://192.168.0.215:30013?databaseName="CCOMDB"¤tschema="CustomerCheckout"
Let me know if it works

Anderson

Hi Anderson,
That was the issue and now the receipt synchronization part is ok . Thanks for your kind advises as always. In addition to that could you please tell how I can find the CCOM schema which creating while the customer checkout manager initial configuration with in the NDB system . The data is passing without issue but cannot find tables with in the hana studio . What might be the issue on that .

Best Regards,
Tharindu.
Hi Tharindu,
Please, check if the "CustomerCheckout" database and tables are created in your SAP Hana.
Also review the KBA #2876023

Hi Anderson,
Thanks for your quick response .
The Sap Business one Demo data base JDBC url in B1if is jdbc:sap://192.168.0.215:30013?databaseName=CCOMDB¤tschema="SBODEMOUS"
The CustomerCheckoutDb JDBC url in B1if is jdbc:sap://192.168.0.215:30013?databaseName=CCOMDB
If we going to replace the CustomerCheckout with CCOMDB and test the connection there is an error occurs saying cannot connect CustomerCheckout . But with the above url the connection getting successful . What might be the problem with this Schmitt .

Hi Anderson ,
For your kind reference ,The Hana Environment been created again and did the Customer checkout and Checkout manager (V2.0 FP12 PL12) plus Sap Business One (V10) installation and integration . ( Customers,Articles synchronizing but receipt not) . So as early Customer checkout data base tables not been created with in Main NDB in HANA studio . The step 9 checked already but not get succeeded . Other thing is the System NDB is connecting via 30015 port but Customer checkout manager data base connection successful only when selected 30041 port . (So in the main NDB system cannot find CCOM schema which entered to be created in Customer checkout manager initial setup .
Don't know whether we are doing any thing wrong to happen like this (Honestly we are going to test our first Customer checkout HANA implementation). We cannot go further from here and struggling to move forward . There fore is there any possibility for you to check our system and advise . It's will really grateful if possible to do so . Please advise .

Tharindu .

Hi Anderson ,
It's really grateful your quick response on the above concern . As advised I checked the customer checkout db and realized that the tables not been created . So that should be the case right . So what shall be the best possible way to create those tables there and check whether the posting is ok . Will you kindly give a clue on that as well please.
Best Regards ,
Tharindu .

Hi Tharindu,
In the B1if, check the URL of your SAP B1 database.
What is the URL of your SAP B1 server in the B1if > SLD?
What is the URL of your CustomerCheckoutDb in the B1if > SLD?

Anderson
