We are using one cash customer at the til and we edit that same cash customer when customers request a customised receipt . Most customers request a receipt we their details so we are frequently editing the cash customer information. We have noticed Customer checkout only allows us to add about 6 receipts with edited customer information before it freezes. Once it freezes we have to force shut down then reopen it for it to work. How can we edit the customer information without clogging the system?

we recommend to open an incident for this issue. Please let us know the hardware of the machine, the version of SAP Customer Checkout, which backend you are using. Please add also the log-files and the information about the Java Version into the incident. If you use SAP Business One Launchpad, please use component: SBO-INT-CCO, if you are creating the incident from SAP Market Place directly, please uses IS-SE-CCO.
Furthermore let us know if you have own plugin or enhancement in use.
