customer checkout - central user management error

hello

We try to use the central user management with the CCO manager. We created our user but we are unable to sync the users. We only get following messages: com.sap.scco.ap.registry.I18NException: Could not fetch user data from backend and JSONObject["providedBySap"] is not a Boolean.

What could be wrong here?

Hi, just found de problem. We used the wrong version of the CCO Manager .

did you assigned your users an org structure?

Is there a stacktrace in the error log?
