I would really appreciate if you could help me with this topic
after closing the day in cco am going to save and do a backup but after I am doing the backup , going to check the file of backup and there is no backup file ??

Hey Mohamed,
check the logs of CCO to find out if something went wrong during the backup, for example the path couldn't be found.
Which CCO version do you use?
