Hi
i have the "central time recording" active and as soon as I log in in the CCO i do the time recording "log in". After that, when I try to do the "log out" in the time recording, the error "Unknown error" appear and I need to manually go to the customer check out manager specify the the POS system ID because does not assume and also, define the punh out time.
Does anyone know why this can be happening?
Thanks a lot
Diana

Hello Diana,
The Admin user can punch in and punch out like any other user with the appropriate configuration. I just double checked on my test instance.
Having said that: In a typical business an Admin user is not required to maintain time recordings. Only cashiers and users involved in daily operations do the punch in / punch out. So my question is: In your installation does the Admin user really have to record his or her time?
Kind regards,
Gunther

Hello Diana,
Are your SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Customer Checkout manager running on the same Feature Pack (e.g. 2.0 FP06)?
Kind regards,
Gunther
